ITI finalist for "Employer of the Year" Award

The shortlist for The Sheffield Business Awards was revealed today and we're thrilled to be a finalist for the "Employer of the Year" Award.

At the core of our application was our commitment to our team, many of whom are Reservists and Veterans.

We have long recognised that current and former Armed Forces staff offer significant expertise, commitment and transferable skills to our business and help us provide an exceptional service to customers.

For many years we’ve embedded support for ex-Forces staff and for current Reservists into our business’ employment policies and working practices.

This year ITI was one of just 50 organisations (and only three in Yorkshire) to receive the Ministy of Defence's Gold Employer Recognition Scheme Award which you can read more about here.

We're thrilled that the judges of the Sheffield Business Awards have recognised this achievement, and our commitment to our team, by shortlisting us. We're in great company with some exceptional businesses also shortlisted for the Award – and we're looking forward to the Sheffield Business Awards ceremony on 29 November.
