Head of Operations is Gary Kitchen who started his career in ITI as an engineer, progressing to Senior Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager utilising all the skills and experience built to rightly hold the position of Head of Operations.
Throughout his career with ITI Gary has been responsible for managing high-profile customer projects across multiple disciplines. Although this has been his focus Gary also works across all workstreams of the business supporting the PMO staff with his experience and technical knowledge in Telecoms.
Gary came into the telecom’s world as an apprentice engineer 19 years ago, since then he has become a senior leader within the ITI Team helping the company continue its focus on customer quality.
Outside of work, Gary is a passionate golfer and manages his stepson’s Sunday football team, is an avid fan of live music and spends quality time with his daughters, family and friends.
